Puppy Application

After reading through our Adoption Info, please follow these instructions to complete an iChihuahuas puppy application.

Download the application PDF (link below) and complete all fillable sections of the form. Identify if you prefer to pay the $25 application fee via Zelle or Square (credit or debit card, or Cash app).

Send completed form to info@ichihuahuas.com. You will receive a confirmation email.

When you receive the Zelle payment request or Square invoice, proceed with payment.

We will notify you within 7 days if your application has been approved or denied.
